ME Bench Day
OK I really needed this deload cos I'm actually starting to feel good again.I went in and thought I try some heavy incline Close Grip pressing for ME, so I slowly worked up to 70kg (yeah gay I know) and only just made the rep, damn I wanted 2 but no way it was gonna happen.Did decline next for a couple easy sets of 5, these were good I like the groove of decline.finished off with some heavy chins and tri extensions.

Incline CG 1x1 70kg
Decline Bench 2x5 70kg, 75kg
Chins sets of 2 with BW+ 5,10,15,20,25kg (PR)
Extensions
So the chins were the most weight Ive done but I only did doubles, probs had more in me tho.Glad my sleeping patterns are getting better too.
