Why would you want to stop all together ? I would just assume a person would lower the weight and continue on.
Thats what I was thinking too, why stop?

You're only concerned with working on speed. You never want to lower the weight since that would defeat the purpose of training to lift the heaviest possible weight. DE days are about being consistant working in percentages. Of course the actual percentages are case by case, but once you're using, say 50% of your 1 RM, then that's what you're using. If you're using bands, I'd start lower at 45%.

Dynamic days are three week waves where you're increasing the weight on the bar in increments. Keep in mind it's only starting with 45-50%! I cannot see going lighter than that lol.

ME Bench Day

Fucked around with dumbell presses today, no heavy ME work just a couple sets a few reps short of failure.Moved to 3 sets of tri extensions and then a couple sets of rows.Amazing how much flat dumbell pressing hits the shoulders.

ME Bench Day 24/9/08
Dumbell Press 2x12-6 30kg and 35kg
Tri Ext To Forehead 3x10 20kg
Dumbell Rows 2x8 35kg

SUPER Easy workout, cant wait to lift heavy again!

You used 35kg DBs for your light pressing?! I was using 75lb DBs the other day and thats about all I could do. ha

You're a machine.
