DE Squat Day

Had a real fast day under the bar today, weights were at 45% and flying up.The box was a tad below paralell, a bit lower than my normal box but I didnt really lose speed which was good.Moved to heavy reverse crunches next, from cresseys book these are so damn effective its ridiculous, I love em I gotta switch em out tho cos no progress for a while.Finished with 5 sets of Ghetto couch GHRs,getting stronger on em for sure.

DE Squat Day 10/10/08
Box Squat @ 45% 60kg 10x2
GHRs BW 5x8
Reverse Crunches 4 sets

I wanted setup some deadlifts with bands and fucked around with them for a while but couldnt do it so I got pissed off and hit the GHRs up!!

I need a new rack.

Same here, I want a full power rack, around a 200k olympic barbell set, a heavy duty flat bench, and a roman chair.
Shame is I haven't got around £800 to spare and it will probably be a while before I have.

What Rack do you want Hopper?

Well you definitely don't need to spend over a thousand bucks for a home use rack. The thing that adds up is the accessories and attachments though.

Since you are into using straps and such then a power cage would be the most convenient route..and you can get quite an adequate one for 300 to 600 us bucks. Then figure 60 bucks or so for band attachments if you want those, and other things you might want.

You can get a rack for even under 300 though...

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
