Here we go

Added the belt for a couple sets cos I have lost about 1/2 to 3/4 " off the waist and I was having trouble feeling my abs push out.Adding the belt gave me something to push into I suppose.Cant wait till I can eat carbs again and get nice n fat LOL.Na seriously I wanna drop another Inch or so and then try to SLOWLY hit 100kg of bodyweight.

You are still rocking back on your heels. Not good. But goddamn those bands must've been hard!!! I've never done speed squats with bands. Very cool. And I liked the speed. You're much faster than me. Something I need to work on. Great work, sir!

Thanks wolf,I hear you on the feet,I still cant keep the bloody things still on a box squat!! At least I'm not rocking my entire body back and forth anymore !!

I think I am still a bit tight in the ankle mobility area too.

Thanks mate.

I have jut realized how important it is to have mobility in the ankles - maybe you should do some drills. In any case, you are damn right: rocking your heels is better than rocking your whole body. The other day I saw a vid of some guy box squatting 755 lbs and he rocked his body like a pendulum. Made me really wonder; brute strength over technique?

Nice Benching , mate !

I can't wait to add floor presses into my training in a few weeks.

I'm not sure , but to me those speed presses seemed a bit slow. Maybe take off a few lbs/kgs. I was always told that 3 reps should take you as long as 1 normal one would....But maybe it's just my perception.
