AM DE Bench Day

Spent the whole morning chopping wood and moving out rubbish from some outside renovations to the house so I was nice n warm for bench day.Working at 50% today and speed was great, all reps at normal grip again cos I'm still working on keeping tight.Moved to 1 arm dumbell press next first time doing these but I think I did quite well, they are hard to balance.Finished off with the worlds most annoying exercise Barbell Rows, man I hate this exercise.Face pulls were last for a few easy sets.

DE Bench Day 5/7/08
Bench @ 50% 47.5kg 8x3
1 Arm Press 2x5 20kg
Rows 3x6 50kg
Facepulls 4 sets


GPP- PM Sled drags in grass for 10 mins with 35kg and some static hold extensions, I was kinda beat from all the work from today so this really kicked my ass, Ill hold this weight for a week or so I think.
