ME Bench Day
Had a pretty good day today.I forgot initially to pause my reps and hit a double with 105kg on the bar, so I dropped the weight back down and worked back up to 105kg all paused for a good second or two.It really helped me highlight why my form sucks.I found staying tight easier by really forcing my abs out and holding them there, which kept my lats tight, which kept my bar path good.I can tell when I hit my groove cos the bar feels effortless to press at any weight.Moved to chins next then some tri work.Too smoked to do delts, will hammer them on Saturday!!
