ME Squat Day
Hit some good mornings up today, always a boring workout with good mornings but I got some good work in. Wanted sets of 5 but didnt want to risk any ugly reps so stuck to 4s. .Moved to heavy split squats next, yikes these things are diesel. Hit a PR of 40kg dumbbells in each hand tho so that’s cool. My left leg is not as strong as my right and much more awkward! Finished with str8 leg situps. Legs are sore as hell today.
