Deadlift Day
I didn’t feel like pulling defecits today cos well, I hate em! So I pulled from the floor, wanted to see roughly where my pull is at. I hit a tough 207.5kg, I then backed off and clustered 8 reps with 180kg with 25-30 secs between reps. I need to get used to pulling heavy without contrast I think, so I’ll be doing that.ALOT. Finished with Banded GMs I was smoked!
