ME Squat Day
Man I was draggin ass today, didn’t eat that much and just a bit tired from the weekend. Still I managed a great squat workout with chains today. I worked up to a PR of 166.5kg + Chains, then did some doubles to finish, very strong day although I didn’t feel it when warming up I got there in the end. I finished with Flags and RDLs.
