ME Squat Day
So it was my little mans birthday on Friday so I missed deadlifts this week, I ate too much pizza and cake to gout out and lift at 11pm!! So I just squatted hard on Saturday with the SSB instead, it seems the day off did me good as I hit a couple PRs with relative ease! After squatting I did dumbbell swings and abs. Real good day.
