ME Bench Day

I benched an new 2RM today but did it for 3 sets so I guess it aint my 2RM!!, I missed the last rep on the last 2 sets as my ass came up, I reckon I can still get more leg drive I gotta work it out so that my ass stays down. After I hit chain bench and some rows and light delts/upperback. Pretty good day.

ME Bench Day 30/10/11

Pauseed Bench

3x2 117.5kg (PR)
2x1 117.5kg
1xM 120kg (should not have tried it, i missed cos I dropped it too high on the chest)

Paused Bench + Chains

3x4 97.5kg

1 Armm BB Rows

3x12

Delts/Upper Back

2 sets
