I know this is my second thread but I HAVE to ditch my other program which was working great btw. But this is a very intriguing workout that I'd love to utilize, I'll be starting this ASAP.

Cable Rows: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Bench Press: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Deadlifts: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Legs/Delts/Traps
Military Presses: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Squats: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Leg Presses: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
BB Shrugs: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Arms
CG Bench: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Preacher Curls: 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x3, 1xf
Tri Rope Ext: 4x10
SA Cable Curls: 4x10
Chest/Back (heavy weight, rest pause to get all 10 reps for each set)
Incline Bench: 3x10
Bench Press: 3x10
UH Cable Rows: 3x10
Lat Pull Downs: 3x10
Legs/Delts/Traps (heavy weight, rest pause to get all 10 reps for each set)

Since I did Chest/Back today with my previous program I'll start off with Legs/Delts/Traps. STOKED
