After a month layoff, you still want to do DFHT? I would take a month to regain your strength back vs. jumping into that IME. I know, I'm the partially torn pec guy!

Thanks for checking in.

I was thinking that, but I get to anixous because everytime I do the 5*5 and come close to the end I get injured, which is a piss off especially this time. It just frustrates me because I want to do this program. But I hear what your saying and will take it for what it's worth (a lot ).What would you recommend ?

I have email IA finally and have been thinking very hard about signing on with him. He would prob have me doing something completely different anyways, right ? Are you still with him ? Is it well worth it ?

Well, when I was coming off an injury that kept me out of the game for a month, I did great with three full's a week. Rep range really didn't matter nor did exercises. It's really meant to re-establish your mind muscle connection as well as to regain your confidence without destroying you. I shy away from low reps mainly because it's a real blow to your confidence marching in after a long layoff and hoping for the best. In the case of your knee, I'd stay away from free squatting, leg extensions, ect. Perhaps some low weighed sets of 15-20 on the leg press. Low weight!

PM me if you'd like.
