Ok so this week has been a total wash. Like i said before starting a serious cutter while on a weeks vacation wasnt smart.

What I did achieve was getting my body used to lifting this way. I couldnt even do my sprints in the mornings because I was too sore from lifting. my body is adjusted now, so I should have no problems next week.

I wont count this week in my total ... meaning i will "start" monday.

That's a smart idea brother. I'm in a similiar situation. As I'm getting back into lifting from a few weeks off eating Vicodin like candy, my fitness level has dropped too. I'm doing the HST 15's trying to work around my pec tear, and keeping rest between sets to under a minute, similiar to this plan you have. It's been kicking my ass, and it took me a week to finally drop the sick feeling of running on empty.

It's probably better this way anyways because your first month (15,12) really should be focused on fat loss while preserving muscle, then the next month (10,8) can be about fat loss while slowly transitioning into attaining a little extra muscle.

yeah, windsprints suck my ass. I missed them this morning because I thought it was a good idea to push myself on squats last night. (195x15x2) So when i got up this morning, i could barely walk, so i'll have to do them tonight.

I wont be posting my diet anymore, but i am keeping a detailed log if anyone has any questions.

I wieghed myself this morning and the scale said 227 ... that seems like alot to me, but i could be holding a decent amount of water. We'll see what it looks like after a few days of ec stack next week, that should give a clearer picture.

I've decided that I will no longer be using a scale for any kind of progress tracking. It just depresses me too much, this morning I was 232, and I'm sure it was just the carb up day on saterday. but it still kills my mental when i step up there and see that, no matter what way I justify it. So i'm just done with it.

My suppliments have changed here is the break down.

morn: 1xsesamin, 1xfish oil, 2x cissus, 1x camphabolic, 1x redzone, 1x ephedra

afternoon: same - cissus

before bed: 1x sesamin, 1x fish oil, 2x cissus, 2x camphabolic

I am debating dropping squats from my wed workout. I cant afford to be too sore to run anymore. I will have to drop wieght or frequency on them, and i'd rather drop frequency.

hahah so i dropped the wieght down on squats, i went extremely light yesterday (135x15x2) to see how it would effect running this morning. I thought all was good, then on my 5th sprint, it felt like someone punched me in the leg. I cramped up and had to hobble back to the house, shit sucks.

I will add in some taurine for cramping, and keep my leg wieghts low. Honestly, I hate this shit.
