hhahahh thats some good shit HoP.

what I'm really hating is when I get out of bed, I'm all fired up to run, I get going and I feel like i have a dead leg. It happened again this morning, i only got 3 full sprints, this just isnt working. I am going to switch up my cardio next week. Instead of sprints, I'm going to do HIIT style jump rope.

Even if i'm hurting, I can still hop up and down, and this way my upper body is taking on more of the fatigue factor.

I've also added in some light solid state cardio on my off days (after work). Its basicly shadow boxing, and forms (martial arts) to get me limber, I work constant movement, and streching. I look like the old folks doing CHI GONG in the park :chinese:

Diet: Has been on point, I missed a meal or two in the last 4-5 days but there have been no other slip ups.

training: The wieghts are moving more easily now, my body seems to be getting used to the high rep ranges. the pump I get in my chest is amazing from this sequence:

incline bb, pec fly, wide grip pull down, CLOSE GRIP PULL DOWN

after the close grip i feel like my chest is going to explode, its amazing.

So I hoped on the scale this morning and it said 222. I thought that was pretty funny. I can say that its water wieght, the ec stack has a serious diuretic effect, and some may very well be fat.

On a side note, these usp labs products are really amazing. I'm using both Cissus and Camphabolic and I gotta say i'm diggin them. The main compound in cissus, Cissus Quandrangularis 1225mg is also in camph ... and i think its the reason my libido is through the roof right now.

there really is no other reason for it. Infact, with the amount of sesamin i'm using, others have reported decreased libido. I'm lovin this.

Today was my last day of 15's. the wieght i'm working with for legs has dropped because of the cardio requirements. But my upper wieghts have increased slightly. I have shed a lot of water wieght, and I'm starting to see some visable improvements.

Diet has been solid. Cant wait to carb up tomorrow.

I will start off my two weeks of 12's with the same numbers I ended fifteens.

A2G squat 145x15x2 (pathetic)
Hack squat 90x15x2
SLDL 135x15x2
Incline bb 195x15x2
pec deck 90x15x2
pull downs 145x15
close grip pull down 135x15
Arnold press 50x15
lateral raises 20x15
rear delt raises 20x15
tri cept press 65x15
push downs 110x15
db curls 35x15
reverse curls 55x15
stnd calf raise 240x15
donky 90x15
abs

Supps: I am starting to see more signs of increase test. My shlders and bi's have broken out aslight amount, and some on my upper back. I had no idea this stuff was this good.

Next week starts the mdien cycle. I cant wait, I love this stuff.

Ok so I lied, i got in the gym for my first day of 12's and i couldnt help but push the wieght up on almost all my lifts. I just had to, my ego was kickin my ass. I did however keep my incline bb the same, I want to be pushing 225 for by the end of the 2 weeks of 12's, and i'm on pace to do so already. On a positive note, I squated 165x12x2 and had no problem with cardio this morning.

Monday was my first day of my mdien cycle, I am dosing 2g am, 2 mid after noon, and 2 before bed. This is my second mdien cycle, and just as with the last one its effecting my sleep. It gets dam near impossible to get to sleep at night. Although it really doesnt effect me the next day, almost like i need less sleep when on it.

Diet has stayed constant, and its odd but i havent had the urge to cheat it. (perhaps i shouldnt have said that ... like tempting fate or something)

I am visually leaner, and people in the gym have begun asking me what i'm doing. I find this kind of funny because I wear the baggiest shit i can find to go lift. I guess its the wieght in my face they are commenting on.

I honestly wasnt gonna post tonight, but I think this is note worth enough to put it down.

If you have ever had a really bad day, the kind were from the time you woke up you wanted to choke the life out of everyone you see ... multiply that by 2 and that was my day today. and here was the result in the gym. well atleast the highlights.

a2g squat 195x12x2 (+30lbs from monday)
SLDL 165x12x2 (+20lbs)
Incline bench 205x12x2 (+10lbs)

and i pushed up all my other wieghts also. Suffice to say I had a lot of agression to get out. I wasnt planning on using these wieghts for a little while, but there is no going back now. I will have to keep the intensity, and at this rate it shouldnt be a problem.

haha yeah well gf b.s. will do that to you sometimes. When I have anger to channel my strength goes through the roof

I was supprised that i wasnt so sore today. I'm a little more then usual, but it wont stop me from getting to my martial arts workout today. I might have to push my compound numbers up a little bit tomorrow too.

Training:
Legs have been coming along great, I upped my squat and SLDL wieghts again yesterday. 215 and 195 respectively for two sets of 12, it was almost too easy.

I may have gone a little overboard pushing my upper body lately. yesterday after doing inclines I could feel a slight pull in my left shoulder and tricept. It didnt hinder me lifting, infact the wieghts moved fairly easily, it has been sore for the last few days and it finally is at the point were i need to rest it. I will lay off the wieghts for the rest of the week, and pick up on monday with 10's. I will also be hitting those muscles with a tens unit to see if that will speed recovery.

I wont be slacking in the cardio department though. I will replace lifting with running/biking/ect to keep the metabolism running.

Diet: Has been on point, no 'cheat' meals or slip ups as of yet. I have thrown in some high GI carbs on carb up days, but nothing beyond a few grams here or there. I have a wedding coming up this saterday, I'm sure i'll gorge then.

Supps: I picked up a new supp called REM, by USP labs. It is a sleep/rest/recovery agent. Last night was my first use, 3 caps 30min before bed. I will write up a full description in the supp section, but suffice to say i will keep a bottle of this around for a long time.

Quick up date

Been going strong with cardio, 30-40min low/med intensity since tuesday. I think my body needed a break from the hiit.

diet has been on point still. just finished up a can of tuna with spicy mustard, 10 whole wheat crackers, and some celery sticks.

body wieght was 220 this morning, but its been all over the place. lowest was 217 last week. but i am off the ec stack as of saterday, so i've been soaking up water for the last 5 days. I will have the gf take pics this weekend before the carb up as my mid way point pics.

Well, I had planned on really carbing up this weekend, and I did that and more. The Wedding saterday was a blast, and I ate my fill all day long. I also drank my fill (bad bad bad). The worst part is since i havent drank alcohol in so long, I felt like absolute shit the next day. So I basicly went from a carb overload, into a 20hr starving period, which sucks cause I couldnt hold any food down till almost 8 oclock.

I was also in a car accident on sunday, and my back and neck are still sore today. I didnt lift yesterday because i wanted to rest up and make sure I didnt screw myself up even more.

On a positive note my shoulder is no longer bothering me, and I should be good to go tomorrow in the gym.

The gf was very supprised at how much fat i've lost, and it was a good ego boost. I am back on track now, and will stay that way till the end of this cutter.
