monday sucks, exept for the new squat PR!

jumprope: 6 minutes
squat: 1x6 at 275 1x4 at 335 1x1 at 385 PR
lunges: 2x8 at 135
basketball: 75 minutes

really happy to see the bar starting to bent under the weight of my squat. ill definately get 405 this thursday. yea, and my goal was 375 for august, lol.

i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...

thanks guys, for some reason my squat has exploded in the past 3-4 months. its a great feeling when you squat more then the guys you block for, lol.

im hoping to be as strong as you widdoes in a year or 2 (probably 2). we'll see how that goes. and someone really needs to get on that squat smiley, idk how to make gifs.

what i did today.

jumprope: 5 minutes
stairs: 9x2 flights
mountain climbers into a sprint: 5x20 yards
lateral hops: 4x40 yards
footfire drill: 5x20 seconds
footfire/hip rotation drill: 4x40 seconds
basketball: 60 minutes

i think ill take tommorow off in order to get enough rest to get my squat PR, ill also go for a dead PR if the squatage goes well.

got 405 today on the squat. one problem, my deadlift didn't go up at all. so idk how legitimate the squat really was. there was a video taken so ill look at that when i get it. untill then im going to switch squat for deads. i may have been able to do more, but i didn't want to risk anything. 25 pounds in 6 weeks is alot anyway.
