Workout n°5

Deadlift : 133kg
Standing Press : 45.5kg
Curl : 18.5/22kg

Deadlift was much easier so it was simply a lack of nervous energy the last time. In 2 weeks I'll test my 1RM on curl to see which arm improved the most (the arm trained at 70% of 1RM or 80% ?).
