  • dont usually lift on saturday but had some extra time. sqaut 4x10 180# seated calf raises 4x22 200# seated lateral raises 4x12 25# dumbell preacher curl 4x10 25# hammer curl 4x12 20# upright row 4x12 35# tricep extension (machine) 4x14 110# wrist curl 4x20 25#
