Great stuff, Dave. Those look good. I've done turkish getups before with dumbell. but I didn't keep them up but they seem great for the shoulders. The first one two. The getups, btw, made a great warmup. Pretty much your whole body is involved in that although you can fatigue your shoulders a lot. They're hard!

Thanks Dave. (I should be able to do this with a light dumbbell as well.) The second video was a little dark, but he explains everything very well. I will give this a shot.
