Ya I usually wear skate shoes because they are real flat. I'm not sure what posessed me to wear these ones? Probably because I wore them the other day for sprints.

Hill Sprints 11 cycles: Sprint up hill: walk down/around (1min) Up one cycle. Felt better than the first time... Was also pretty hardcore today cause it was muddy/greasy. Made it a little more fun though... at least as fun as sprints can be. IW |
