Thoughts

It's hard to tell if it's a solid close sometimes cause my hand is shaking so bad! lol

Bench felt very strong today. Did my BW 13x. Not too bad. Also probably had one of my strongest 5x10s as well.


Chin Ups
bw x 9,8,7,6ish,4.5

Chins are still slowly climbing. I'd like to get closer to a 5x10 then switch over to pull ups.


Thoughts

Back to lifting heavy. Feels great.

Thoughts

Squat day will never be easy.

Weight is down due to creatine side effects on my digestive system. If this keeps up I don't think I'll be taking creatine again.
