HS Narrow Grip Row 90lb x 10 180lb x 5 230lb 3x10 240lb 2x10 Thoughts Well I'm skipping squat day to let my back rest up. Not sure if I should give er' on DLs or rest more. It would be ashame to miss week 3. We'll see when I get there. Real happy with my OHP. IW |

Well seeing as I started at 165lb and weak as F I think I've come a long ways... However, I've recently made another turn for the worse... My appendix decided it didn't not want to be a part of my body anymore on Monday. Spent 3 days in the hospital and have 8 shiny staples to show for it. So looks like I'll be taking it *really* easy for the next couple of weeks and won't be hard at it again for ~6 weeks I'm told. What luck I have. IW |

BW: 205.0lb Military Press bar x 8 75lb x 5 95lb x 5 115lb x 5 135lb x 5 Bench Press 95lb x 5 125lb x 5 155lb x 5 165lb x 5 185lb x 5 Pull Ups bw - 3x5 Thoughts Well 2 weeks since the surgery and this was as hard as I felt I could push it. There was some stretching where the incisions was but not really any pain. I didn't dare do any squats yet other than just some BW stuff while messing around between sets. Maybe next time I'll play with the bar. IW |

I also played with squats up to 155lb and it felt OK too. I can feel it in my abdomen mostly when I'm right in the hole but no pain to worry about I don't think. IW |

Squats mobility bar x 8 115lb x 5 155lb x 5 185lb x 3 205lb x 5 225lb x 3 245lb x 3 This did not feel as good ... felt really awkward and struggled... I hope it just takes a couple more time lifting heavy to get it back. Arg. Thoughts Once again in recovery mode. bah. IW |
