Bench bar x 10 135lb x 5 165lb x 4 185lb x 3 205lb x 2 225lb x 1 240lb 3x3 (PR) This is officially 15lb higher than my previous best 3x3 and 5lb shy of my official 1RM.... However, i think my shoulder is going to need a deload soon. Squats mobility work bw x 8 135lb x 5 185lb x 3 225lb x 2 245lb x 1 265lb 3x3 (PR) These just keep going up... this week seemed better than last week despite it being hot as ballz in the gym. Unilateral DB Rows 55lb x 5 90lb 4x10 Thoughts 30C outside today... and the AC in the gym was not working... so you know what that means... it was at least 30C in there today. SO HOT!!! Well I skipped my wednesday session. My shoulder was still pretty sore and I bashed my knee trying to pull a transmission. I was feeling pretty roughed up. I am going to make it today though.

I actually expected it. 10lb less than my current max and 165lb was the max before that.... So some good progress here. Deads mobility work 70kg x 5 110kg x 4 130kg x 3 150kg x 1 160kg 3x3 (PR) I made my deadlift goal... just ... a real hairy pull but I was determined to get it. Pull Downs 70kg? 3x10 Tried pull downs today. No idea what this machine weight is in as far as units. DB Tricep Extensions 65 x 10,10,8 Standing BB Curls 50lb 3x10, 1x21 Bar + 2.5lb plates looks so bad @ss! lol Thoughts Next week I think I will deload. Hope everyone has a good long weekend. I saw spots after this one. Squats mobility work bw x 8 135lb x 5 185lb x 4 225lb x 3 255lb x 1 275lb x 1 285lb x 1 (Old PR) I had to call it off. I felt weak and my hip was hurting for some damn reason. I'll come back hard next week with more sleep. I think with good sleep I should have 295lb in the bank... Unilateral DB Rows 70lb 4x12 Did the wrong weight by accident here. Oops. Thoughts Well, for 5hrs sleep and considering my mood this workout was probably as good as it could have been. I reviewed the video and it was pretty minor so maybe I'm just a bit paranoid. Pull Ups bw x 10,10,8 Getting better. BB Bicep Curls 55lb x 10,10,10,19 Thoughts Well my maxes turned out alright. I wasn't expecting any gains on military press but got a bit. I think I should have 180kg on deads if I can stay tight. Maybe next week. I'm uploading vids but it's slow as F right now. I do it subconsciously... have to work on that) My 135lb x 9 press - pretty happy about this My training partner Scott's 210lb press like it aint no thang lol (@~355lb BW) Scott's 215lb press (10lb PR for him ... a bit ugly ... lol) My 160kg x 1 deadlift My 175kg x 1 deadlift (5kg PR) Scott's 202kg x 1 deadlift Hope you enjoy the vids. I don't think I'll be doing it all the time but it's handy for important sets that you'd like to check form against. IW |
maybe a slight round on the 175kg deads...looked good on the 160 though. nice pull though :)

Yes, there was and that is why I didn't attempt 180kg. It was a lot more slight on video than it felt though. I dunno, was I right in calling off the 180kg pull?
Just looking for opinions cause I know some guys can pull with a slightly rounded back and get away with it but it seems for me that my back must be weak or something because it gets injured quickly. IW |

Ya I usually wear skate shoes because they are real flat. I'm not sure what posessed me to wear these ones? Probably because I wore them the other day for sprints.
