Chin Ups bw x 7,6,3,2 It felt like my lats just gave out on set 3... I just couldn't do anymore. Weird. Thoughts My workout was going great and then I just seemed to hit a brick wall. At least I got the important stuff done first I guess. My weight is starting to make me a bit nervous.... IW |

However, my calf has been tight lately since i've started riding my motorcycle again this year... so I squatted down a little bit too fast and my calf locked up and I pitched forward. Rack pulls were from the lowest available position which is probably a regular deadlift + ~6". If that is what you are asking.

Well seeing as I started at 165lb and weak as F I think I've come a long ways... However, I've recently made another turn for the worse... My appendix decided it didn't not want to be a part of my body anymore on Monday. Spent 3 days in the hospital and have 8 shiny staples to show for it. So looks like I'll be taking it *really* easy for the next couple of weeks and won't be hard at it again for ~6 weeks I'm told. What luck I have. IW |

There was some stretching where the incisions was but not really any pain. I didn't dare do any squats yet other than just some BW stuff while messing around between sets.
