I don't expect them to come together all at once but it's definitely still awkward. We focused on hang cleans since it seems to be less motions to learn at once. Really trying to get that hip drive and full extension but it's tough because none of us really know what we're doing. IW |

I think I should be able to progress pretty well here yet. I thought for sure I would have lost a bit of weight this week but I didn't so I might have to cut the cals back a bit. That's what it would be if it were loaded on a regular bar. Thoughts The machine squats really focus the movement on the quads... and actually I think put more stress on my knees. Probably not a bad movement if you just wanted to build mass though. IW |

So this week I did 205lb .. and it was heavy as hell. I have my doubts about 210. Dips went pretty well today though. I don't think I've gone +45lb in quite some time. My goal of 200-205lb by xmas time has been achieved (quite early). So maybe I'll even hit sub 200lb. We shall see. IW |

Used a slightly wider grip than I usually do for hopefully a bit more delt activation. Hammer Strength Seated Row 1 plate x 10 2 plates x 10 2 +25s x 10 2 plates x 10 Controlled concentric with a noticeably slower eccentric. Slight squeeze at the top if possible.
