I'm not sure why you would bother telling me about it if you didn't want me to know about it anyways.

Because like I said, if you were serious about letting go and doing a program that guarantees results as written, then I'd have sent it and would've answered any and all questions you may have either via pm, shoutbox, ect to get you going. I kinda thought you would've said "hell yeah", so there would've been a happy ending LOL. It took my a while to organize everything from Wendler's writings about it and putting it in place with explanations, so that's why I said I wasn't about to send it away to fifteen different members. I haven't been around a whole lot in quite a while, so I really don't have any business offering advice in people's journals since I'm too far behind the eight ball. So to sum up, one thing I hate most of all is when I give advice that's exactly what I trainee needs, and they don't follow it because it doesn't look like it's fun, or goes against preconcieved notions of what's right and wrong.. Although if you look at my stats, and consider that I'm drug free and working 60 plus hours on top of that, I'm a beast! LMAO! Not trying to offend in here, just thought it was going in another direction than giving you some bathroom reading.

-60kg x 5
-80kg x 4
-110kg x 2
-150kg x 1
-160kg 2 x 1

I actually almost blacked out after the last rep. Definately not feeling 100%.

DE Low Box Squats

-bar x 5
-95lbs x 5
-115lbs x 3
-135lbs 10x2

Leg Raises
bw 3 x 6

I did these hammer grip and its much easier on the shoulder.

Oblique Work - Cable Twist
3x10 - 45bs, 50s, 55bs

Thougths

Well I guess my sickness really hasn't left me completely. I was feeling pretty bad on deads today and struggled to finish the rest of my workout. Hopefully I'll be better soon.

it might be beneficial for you to do some 3 x 3's around 90 percent or a little under...not always max singles.

At least wait til you're 100% for sure before you hit the singles again.

Wednesday Oct 15th/2008 - Upper 1

Weight: 184.5lbs

ME CG BB Bench Press
-bar x 8
-135lbs x 5
-185lbs x 3
-205lbs x 2
-225lbs x 2
-235lbs x 1 (current PR)
-240lbs x 0

Well I have 240lbs if I would warm up correctly. I had the weight moving up off my chest then I arched so hard I tweaked my back and let it down. Next time I should have it.

DE CG BB M.Press
45lbs x 5
75lbs x 4
85lbs 10x3 (~60%)

Moved back to a more appropriate weight for this exercise. All 10 sets had great speed.

Pull-ups
bw x 3
bw + 25lbs 4x2
bw x 6

Solid. Felt good to get some higher intensity sets in there.

Cable Tricep Extension
70lbs x 12
80lbs x 12
90lbs x 12
100lbs x 12

Was just starting to burn out at the last rep. Good place to end off.

Thougths

Well this CG work is really paying off for me it feels like. I just got a m press PR last week and I think a bench PR is in order now too. My shoulder is feeling much healthier now too.

This work out was great. Under an hour --> short and sweet.

You almost blacked out and you said you weren't feeling 100%. Logically you should probably wait til you're feeling 100% so that you don't blackout.

Oh ok, I see. I didn't know what you were reffering too. Ya you are probably right. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started pulling singles though.
