Definitely not a vegan. Would be tough to get to 205lb as a vegan I think... lol

Well I am trying to power through this sickness. It didn't last too long and I'm getting through the last bit of it now.

Military is definitely my best lift. Although I'm not sure why! lol

Grip Work

Trainer - 3x10
CoC #1 - 2x5
CoC #1.5 - 2x3
CoC #2 - RH:5,4,4 LH:1,1,0
CoC #1.5 - RH: 9 LH: 4

Thoughts

Well I decided to give grip work a go on monday and see how my DL reacts tomorrow... we shall see.

I think I finally got a close with the left on the #2 ... It's hard to tell when your hand is shaking so bad... It was really damn close if it wasn't.

Also a bit tough to get pumped up at work ... lol yes I bring my CoCs to work.
