And I do cut mine back only a 100-200 cals. Reason is I'm not needing as many carbs.

So I guess just do what you want to.

That's a good time for supplementing with glutamine. (when you're training and you feel a cold coming on, or if you're sick and training)

Thanks brother. Thats one of the main reasons I had a hard time keeping my gains from lifting. I was trying to keep my grades up and my bodyfat down and figured my grades were more important at the time. So, I'm trying to stay in the groove now that I am finished and when I start grad school, make a schedule so I don't slip off again.

I want to thank everyone that has supported me and given me advice in this journal thus far. You guys and gals are really great people.

Jason

Sorry I haven't been posting guys. I was trying to get everything ready for Graduate School. I start tonight and I'm trying to make a schedule.
