Thats alot of tuna you're eating! Do you just eat it straight out of the can? I cant' do that... way too dry and nasty.

6/24/08 Cardioooooooooooo

30 Mins @ 3.0mph 7.0 Incline

Diet for today..

Meal 1
5.5oz chicken
1 scoop whey
2 whole wheat mini bagels

Meal 2
6.5oz chicken
1 cup white rice

Meal 3
6.5oz chicken
2 cup grapes

Meal 4
3 scoop whey
3 tbsp smart balance omega oil

Meal 5
10oz 93% beef

Meal 6
10oz chicken
3 tbsp smart balance omega oil

i've done it out of the can...it was basically shove the tuna in mouth...take a big drink of water...and drink the tuna

thanks bro...

speed was pretty damn good on 205 up until about the 4th set,then it started getting slower so i dropped it down to 185 and speeed was awsome from there....

Stick with the 185 for a few weeks. Never sacrifice speed for weight as that defeats the purpose.

ya,i did 185 last week and was planning on sticking with it but i felt really good yesterday so i said f it ima go with 205 and see how my speed is and it wasnt bad @ all until the last 2 sets it got slow...





Why all the sets?
lol i dont know i was feelin amazing yesterday so i did 2 more sets than usual..
