lol,im def getting stronger on them no doubt..

i switched to 185 cause my form started getting sloppy on the last few reps with 205..

Very easy,all reps were fast as hell off the floor..

Pull Throughs

Leg Curls

80x15,13

Pulldown Abs
100x15,10

Nice, I love Wendler's 5/3/1.. I'll probably do it as well in the future if I fall in love with a lift lol.

Did you pick up his book or something? He used to have the articles listed at elitefts, but a certain someone complained about it after buying one of his ebooks!

Yea,i picked up the e-book..

few ppl over at elitefts are doing it right now with good results..

well i re did my %'s so there 90% of my max like the program says to do,everything felt good today..
