last few reps of each set grip was slipping,i gotta get chalk and also start working my grip..

Sit ups
15,10,10

Got to gym late,and only had time for what you see,oh well it was a good session short and sweet..ME BENCH TUE!

Now THAT is volume lol! Dude, don't try to get something that set in stone such as the 5x5 pullups. You might have been able to survive today, but next session could be totally different.

thanks man,yea i was feeling REALLY good so i just went all out and did a little bit of higher than normal volume tonight lol,i like how jim wendler sets it up doing higher volume on ME days and lower on DE days..I was gonna do 5x5 with pull ups cause i wanna add weight and see how i progress on them..
