5/23/08 DE Bench

Speed Bench(3 grips)

155x3x9(Speed was fn awsome)

Pendlay Rows
155x8x3

Rack Lockouts(3 inch off chest)
185x5
165x8x2
165x5

Push Press
105x8,6,6,

Hammers
45x8,7
40x8,10

aah what the hell ima post my diet for the day...

Meal 1
8oz tuna
1 cup oats

Meal 2
8oz chicken
1 cup grapes

Meal 3
8oz tuna
2 cup green beans
2.5oz almonds

Meal 4(pre workout)
2 scoop whey
med banana

Meal 5(pwo)
2 scoop whey
2 scoop wms

Meal 6
8oz chicken
2 whole wheat mini bagels

Meal 7
7 omega 3 eggs
