On the rows, if you can hit 205 x 8 and 5 reps, yet do 185 for 3 sets of 8 (24 reps), it would seem as though you should be able to go heavier? Remember, keep it as long as you get stronger on it, not because it's your favorite.

lol,im def getting stronger on them no doubt..
i switched to 185 cause my form started getting sloppy on the last few reps with 205..

was supose to be a DE sq/dl day but i got the itch to do some ATG squats,it has been a very long time since i have done theses and im pretty happy with the results..

Nice, I love Wendler's 5/3/1.. I'll probably do it as well in the future if I fall in love with a lift lol.
Did you pick up his book or something? He used to have the articles listed at elitefts, but a certain someone complained about it after buying one of his ebooks!
