Maybe you should try a Timed Carb diet or a 1/2 day carb diet instead.

Keto you try and keep your carbs down to under 30g per day - Then after 5 days have a 24-48 hr carb up.
TCD - This is done by eating no carbs until your post workout. On non training days zero carbs and then on weekends you can carb up. |
Congrats on the PRs there Jonson, pretty sweet pulls man,I love the Timed carb diet.Well I fucking hate it cos I love carbs, but it works really well!! I think I linked a good write up on it in my journal recently.
Its funny when on no carbs I dont crave anything except a little sugar and milk in my coffee, other than that Im good.No sweets cravings or junk food,weird. Good to see ya post again buddy. |
