Very much agreed on the awesomeness factor. Sounds like the 5/3/1 method is working very well for you. I might have to give that a whirl one day.

Third cycle finished here we go

Squat
Wave 1, 110.5k x5, 118k x5, 125k x6
Wave 2, 118k x3, 125k x3, 133k x6
Wave 3, 110.5k x5, 125k x3, 140k x4, PR!

Bench
Wave 1, 71k x5, 76k x5, 81k x4
Wave 2, 76k x3, 81k x3, 85.5k x3
Wave 3, 71k x5, 81k x3, 90k x1, PR!

Deadlift
Wave 1, 154k x5, 164k x5, 174k x5,
Wave 2, 164k x3, 174k x3, 184.5k x5,
Wave 3, 154k x5, 174k x3, 195k x3 PR!

Overhead press
Wave 1, 47k x5, 50.5k x5, 53.5k x5
Wave 2, 50.5k x3, 53.5k x3, 56.5k x5
Wave 3, 47k x5, 53.5k x3, 60 x4 PR!

On squats, Bench and OHP I have put more weight on my final 95% sets at the end of wave 3 but compared to the last cycles final 95%sets I have performed 1 rep less, but they are still the heaviest weights I have ever lifted in those exercises, I will admit though I was a tad dissapointed in my bench.
I was surprised how well the PR deadlifts went up it was hard but not as brutal as I expected got 5k more and the same reps as the last cycle, so very happy with that.
Assistance wise have started playing with high rep good mornings on squat day and rack chins on OHP day.
Another not since starting 5/3/1 I have got my rows from 47k x10x5 to 56k x10x5.
Also have started sled pulling a couple of nights a week.
Time to Deload now will report back in a few weeks
