I'll follow your progression with great interest. Your rate of progress is amazing on, especially on the DL! Not stopped by overtraining, strong stimulation... fine ! But my One Rep Training won't lose to your standard routine
Thanks

My BP is weaker? What weaker than my DL which it should be or Weaker since the beggining of my journal?
Your right my arms are long, and I'd be the first to admit my Bench is pathetic

I said weaker because for most people the BP is around 60% of the DL but if you have very long arms (or the contrary, short arms and big chest) it can change the proportions. Anyway I'm sure you'll continue to progress and lift 150kg one day

Your right with my DL my BP should be higher , if you look at other guys who can DL 400+ their BP is usually 250+.
I have got long arms, although not very long and a small chest which dont help
My BP is moving, I also set a triple PR on wednesday which was a kilo heavier than last time and moved up easier!

Little update, I have now done 6 weeks training under Wesley's supervision and have had continuous progress on every exercise.
Wesley has me training 4 days a week on an ME/RE set up, Also I have been doing light cardio on my off days, but will hopefully be starting some GPP this week.
Calories have been about 4000 , I was between 208-211lbs at the start now im around the 203-205lb mark and have lost 1/2 inch off my waist.
Heres where my lifts are at

Squat 152.5k x3
Deadlift 205k x3
Bench 88k x3

These are all triple PR's, So far happy with the progress,

Jonson

Thanks Kinryoku

I wanted to DL 400lbs before my 30th birthday which was last febuary which I did, I managed 185k (408lbs) x5 just before my 30th

Now before my 31st my goals are

DL 227k, 500lbs
Squat 182k, 400lbs
Bench 100k, 220lbs

They can be for reps or singles I dont mind the main thing is that I WILL move these poundages before my 31st

I think you'll hit those numbers for repS !! I'll turn 30 in february 2010, I have also set goals. We are still young enough to make great progress and become very strong even if it would be better to be 10 years younger. Years pass so fast...

Your BP is a little low comparitively but thats mostly because your DL is F*cking awesome! Also, it leaves alot of room for PRs on the BP. lol
