Thanks guys!

Busting through a plateau (I'd been hovering around 250lbs with A2G and making 'small' gains) (plus making a bet with a buddy ) is what encouraged me to start doing the widestance. I don't see myself stalling out anytime soon, honestly I can see myself hitting 500lbs by the end of the summer...maybe even more. Those plates are just piling onto the bar (I actually can't wait to bend my first bar )

I'm all finished Deloading on DF 5x5 and I finished 1 week of DFHT (the 'holy fuck I'm not used to this volume I need to use girl weights to get used to it' week) and the high volume really kicked my ass. In the past the first week has been rough but by the end of the second/start of third I am good to go.

I'll begin the real DFHT tomorrow. Template hasn't been changed much (if any) from last time so I know it will give me results.

Thanks man! I'm gonna go for 4 and maybe squeeze out a fifth before I deload. I might even run the program again after I deload. Its a toss-up between that or DF 5x5. Decisions, decisions...
