180lbs Hang Power Cleans 8 Singles 165x1 165x1 165x1 165x1 165x1 165x1 160x1 160x1 Fuck these were tough. Didn't get as much sleep as usual so I'm attributing that to today's workout being so rough. Overall it was still decent numbers wise. Pullups +10x9, +10x7, +10x6, +10x5 Added a rep to the first set. Arnold Press 45x8x3 Last set was real tough, but I managed to grind out the reps. (Without losing form) DB Curls 45x6x3 Didn't feel like getting the 40s so I just kept the 45s :biglaugh: |

180lbs Hack Squat 405x3 405x3 405x3 Felt like a brick shithouse again, so I went for 405. Nailed all 3 sets :weights: They was heavy! :biglaugh: Pullthrough 205x10x2 Tougher than last week. Front Squats 155x6x2 Fucking front squats. :) |
