Hang Power Cleans 8 Singles

Fuck these were tough. Didn't get as much sleep as usual so I'm attributing that to today's workout being so rough. Overall it was still decent numbers wise.

Pullups
+10x9, +10x7, +10x6, +10x5

Added a rep to the first set.

Arnold Press
45x8x3

Last set was real tough, but I managed to grind out the reps. (Without losing form)

DB Curls
45x6x3

Didn't feel like getting the 40s so I just kept the 45s

I'm around 180lbs, give or take a few pounds. My weight hasn't changed a whole lot but the mirror looks better

Tougher than last week.
