Went to the gym friday only to find out that it was closed...and would not be open this week. Something about a pipe bursting and causing damage, needed to be fixed asap. Blah blah, the guy didn't sound like he knew much about anything.

I'll consider this week a 'deload' and do some workouts at home, plus a bunch of mobility work.

December 1st

178lbs

The gym ended up being closed for 2 weeks instead of just 1 week. So I'm back at it now, hopefully the gym won't explode lol!

I also took this opportunity to change up a few things:

Rack Deads 8 Singles
315x1
315x1
315x1
315x1
315x1
315x1
315x1
315x1

Forward Lunges
50x8x2

Palloff Press (Skipped)

Went a bit heavy on the rack deads, especially since I had a 2 week hiadus from the gym and haven't deadlifted in months I'm doing these in preparation for when deadlifts return for the ass kicking of a lifetime

I decided to make the progression to forward lunges. They feel like they should be a bit more beneficial to me than reverse lunges.

Overall a good day.

December 2nd

177lbs

Bench 8 singles

Pullups 4x6-10

Neutral Grip DB Press 3x8-10

Biceps 3x8-10

I switched up the day a bit. Dropped cleans and added bench, the cleans were getting extremely difficult and I was really pushing it to get some gains. I'll kick them out for now and rotate them back in sometime down the road. Arnold press got switched with neutral grip DB, it will serve as a compliment to bench.

Today was a pretty shitty day, didn't get much sleep and had less than zero energy. I went in and gave it a shot, but to be honest I just wasn't there. Anyway, I posted my template for today but not the numbers. The numbers I got were less than stellar and I don't want anyone to see them lol. Might be a good thing to take it easy with the new changes anyway. I'll just have to step it up for next week

Just an off day. Everyone has one everyone once in a while. Dust yourself off and get back in there next day.
