Shoulder isn't feeling right so I made the painful decision of taking the rest of the week off. The rest will be good for it.

I'll re-evaluate it sunday/monday and see how next week will go. In the meantime I'll work on some mobility, grip, and maybe some pistol squats :P

In case anyone is wondering about why I skipped my LOWER day today, this shoulder tweak impacts all of my exercises.

Today would have been andersons, gm's, and OH's...All of them require a good amount of shoulder effort.

Monday February 9th

181lbs

Speed Deads
275x2
275x2
275x2
275x2
275x2
275x2

Rack Deads
355x6, 355x5

Pistols
+15x5, +20x5

Lets just say I had a bit of a rough weekend and needed to vent some frustrations out on the barbell.

Too bad those pistols didn't equate to a 400x5 backsquat

It was 100% today with all the pulling, so I'm thinking it will be good to go for uni presses tomorrow.

Tuesday February 10th

183lbs

STRICT Uni Press
50x2
50x2
50x2
50x2

Ditched the push and went for a strict press today, also kept a lower volume since I'm still testing the waters. Everything seemed perfectly fine today. Hopefully I'm back around 100%.

Its surprising how much weight the "push" add. 50s were challenging but that's 25lbs left on the table compared to a push press. I guess 25lbs is worth shoulder health, for now.

Pullups
+40x3, +40x3, +35x4, BWx9

Neutral Grip DB Press
75x10x2, 70x7, 70x4

Couldn't get 10 reps on the last set so I broke it up into 2 sets. I know 7 + 4 = 11, I just wanted to push out that extra rep

Zottman Curls
40x6x3

Overall a strong day.
