Thursday February 12th

184lbs

Anderson Front Squats
215x2
215x2
215x2

Awesome. I'm think I'm finally starting to get used to front squats.

GMs
185x10x2

OH Squats
105x6, 95x6

105 was tough, I couldn't repeat that for another set so I dropped down to 95. I'm going to transition into some lower rep work and try to get shoulder fatigue to a minimum.

I've added something to my supplement 'stack' that should help to put on a few extra pounds. This whole maintaining at a 4500cal intake seems a bit wierd to me. There is some research behind what I'm doing, but I'll wait until I see results before I tell everyone what it is. (Don't worry, it is not part of the MuscleTECH Family LOL)

Kane ,

I just went and look at your original journal in 05 . I see that you were 170lbs in Dec 05 and now 185 in Feb 09. Let's say 3 years.

You've put on 15lbs of LEAN MUSCLE in these three years. You always talk about how fast your metabolism is. Well you must be right , you know your body better than anyone else .

Basically I just want people to know that with hard work you WILL gain weight. I always think slower is better and sure sometimes it gets frustrating , but here is a guy that never gives up and keeps pushing his body and it has paid off.

Dude, 15lbs of LM is amazing. Great job !

Remember all we have is time , so don't rush people !

Very good point TALO. You're a lean mean machine. Keep it up.

Friday February 13th

183lbs

CG Speed Pin Press
185x2
185x2
185x2
185x2
185x2
185x2

Starting to slow down on these, which is perfectly fine because I'm planning on transitioning into some maximal work shortly.

Pin Press
215x3, 215x2, 205x2

Don't know what happened, probably just fatigued from the speed work.

Inverted Row
+10x10x2

Facepull
105x15x2

Cable Rows
145x9x2

TBar was taken so I hopped on the cable row.

OH DB Ext.
90x5, 85x6

Damn these were heavy, but awesome.

Tuesday February 17th

184lbs

Speed Deads
275x2
295x2
295x2
295x2
275x2

Rack Deads
365x3, 355x3

Pistols
+20x5x2

I wasn't feeling the workout today. Couldn't focus, couldn't get into the lifts. Big time off day. Managed to get an alright workout, but it feels like I left alot on the table today. Hopefully I'll be back to normal next week.
