Kane, I'm catching up on eveyone's journals, so I'm just noticing the pistols. NICE!!!! and weighted too, NICER!!!! Having tried them, I know how tough they are. (Notice I said "tried" )

Fuck these were heavy.

Neutral DB Press
75x10x2, 70x1

These were friggin tough!

Zottmans
40x7, 40x6x2

Overall a pretty good workout. Really put in alot of volume with the uni presses, felt great.

I haven't done them like that in a while. I bet I could get 16-18 though

Back in October I was pulling +10x5 for 4 sets. So I think I've made some decent progress on these
