Friday May 1st
185lbs
CG Pin Press
225x1 Didn't have a 2nd rep in me
245xMISS
225x1
225x1
225x1
First off, I felt like I had been hit by a truck and then runover with a steam roller. I was having trouble with 225 so I threw in 245 with the idea of it being a struggle set of sorts and that would make 225 a bit more managebale. Needless to say it didn't work out that way lol. In hindsight I should've dropped the weight down, done a double/triple or two and work back up to 225. C'est la vie. I've beend doing this exercise for longer than anticipated, so I'll be switching it by next week.
Inverted Rows
+45x10, +45x9
Cable Rows
200x6, 190x7
These were tough. But I did do more weight on Inv Rows and I'm definitely fatigued from yesterday.
Facepull
120x10x2
I'm going to be changing this workout around a bit. Its been this way for quite some time now and needs an overhaul.

Just catching up here , LOL !
Those briefs from Inzer are the ones that i grabbed at Christmas. The 3rd ones ( power briefs ) They help big time with my hips.
I think they came to just over $50 by the time everthing was said and done.

They're nice. One of my buddies just got a pair. The material is pretty thin which will be nice for you since it will be your first experience (I'm guessing) with any type of gear. He's getting his modified though. They make a big difference...you'll probably get a lot of lbs out of them.
