It is my first time I'm going to try and see if I can get them with a decent shipping cost. Thanks Ross.

I don't think Hits took too well to my "good luck with the costume" crack over at GUS so I'll keep my mouth shut...

Oops....

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I skipped the squat workout last week and barely managed to get this one in. I've been feeling like a bag of shit lately and its hard to get my head screwed on right.

Tuesday May 12th

183lbs

Incline Bench
185x3
185x3
185x3

Still working out the bugs in my setup, it doesn't feel as tight as it should be.

Pullups (45 Reps)
BWx5, +25x2+2+2+2+2, +25x2+2+2+2+2, +25x2+2+2+2+2, +25x5+2+2+1

A bit rushed, which is why I had a 5 repper in that last cluster set.

Neutral Pushups
+100x5, +100x5, +90x5

Felt pretty decent today. I'm happy with the workout.

Thursday May 14th

186lbs

OH Squat
95x5, 105x4, 115x3, 125x2

Anderson Front Squat
185x5, 195x4, 205x3, 215x2

Backsquat
245x5, 255x4, 265x3, 275x2

These were solid today. Last time I did this workout I got overzealous with the weights on this one, this time I got the weight just right.

Anderson Half Squat
295x5, 315x4, 365x3, 385x2

I could have EASILY gotten 405 for 2 or even 3 reps. The biggest challenge on these was racking/unracking and the walkout, so this should be a good way to improve those. So that's why I didn't really want to go nuts on these, lest I injure myself handling the bar.
