I don't know guys. I was having trouble the other day too with it running very slowly and I'm always getting reports of difficulties.

I'm going to have to contact the man and see what is up. I know they are working out some things and trying to improve stuff.

May have to move the site if this kind of thing keeps up.

The site will definitely perform best on Firefox. But I don't have any real problems on IE either except for the annoying security warnings and of course the fact that IE is so incredibly archaic and I have to check everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure IE is displaying the site properly.

They aren't reporting any problems and I haven't gotten any other reports of problems except you guys and Anuj. But Anuj's is because of his school's internet thing.

It could be something ON my site but I don't know what that could be..the only really questionable elements would be iframes and that shouldn't freeze up or shut down anyone's pc. But like I said I've had some weird glitches as well with the site lately.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Wednesday May 20th

184lbs

Incline Bench
185x2
190x2
185x2
185x2

First three sets were surprisingly tough today. I couldn't figure out why I was having so much trouble. I had forgotten to bring my wrist wraps and wondered if thats what was doing it, sure enough I did the last set with a false grip (yeah, I know) and it was easy. Definitely need to strengthen my wrists more.

Pullups
BWx5, +45x2+2+2, +25x3+3+3, +25x3+3+3, +25x3+3+3

Neutral Pushups
+100x5, +100x5, +90x6

Tsk Tsk on the false grip! Lots of guys in the gym I'm going to now do that... I want to say something but I usually never do unless the guy looks like he is just learning the bench press.

Nice work on the inclines despite that though.

Guilty as charged. I've been a life long false gripper up until the last 8 months (?). Trying to convince people to stop using that grip is an unwinnable fight most of the time.

Thanks IW.
