182lbs Anderson Front Squats 235x3 235x3 235x3 Backsquats (Full ROM this time) 225x5x3 Supine GHR 10,10,10 I was debating whether to do a 4th set but the 3rd set took care of that idea, lol. |

Friday July 17th
182lbs Pullups +55x2+1, +55x1+1+1, +55x1+1+1 Dropped a bit of volume on these for today. I've been pounding away at vertical pulls lately, next week I may cut it even more to get a mini deload. Arnold Press 45x6x3 Inverted Row +45x8, +35x6, +35x7 Facepulls 140x10x2 Triple Curls 30x7,4,4 30x10,3,3 These are something that I wanted to try for the hell of it lol. It starts as a reverse curl, then when you've only got a couple reps left in the tank you switch to regular curls, do a few more reps, and switch to hammer curls for the remainder. So first set was 7 reverse curls, 4 regular curls and 4 hammer curls. |
you should totally just do 21's instead man.....far superior to anything else. and probably only 1 rep.

Monday July 20th
185lbs Deads (10 singles) 365x1 375x1 385x1 390x1 375x1 375x1 365x1 365x1 365x1 365x1 Pretty heavy session. I'm not usually big on percentages but today was 10 Reps, none of which were lower than 93% and half were over 96%. Plus I managed to get the 385 with an over over grip, that is a PR from a grip perspective. Pistols +15x6, +10x6, BWx6 These were a real leg killer. My everything is sore after this workout, lol. For that reason, and because this took a little over 2 hours, I skipped pullthroughs and just hit the locker room. |
i have tried one ten singles day....and i quit...cuz....it just takes too damn long :)
