Thursday September 3rd

184lbs

OH Squats
115x5, 125x4, 135x3, 145xFail, 140xFail, 115x2

Where to begin. For starters I didn't feel like working out this morning, lol.

I was doing great coming up to 135. It was a tough set but nothing I couldn't overcome.

I felt like going for 145 afterwrads. I managed to press the bastard up but as I began to descend I was extremely unstable. I got about 1/4 of the way down and had to come back up, I waited for a quick second and tried again but no dice. I guarantee that I would've lost the bar had I not stopped and squat back up.

I decided to go for 140 but I couldn't even press it, 145 took a lot out of me. I threw on 115 and just grabbed the last set so I could end on a positive note.

Anderson Front Squats
175x5, 180x4, 185x3, 190x2

The numbers may seem low for this exercise and they are. I decided to increase my ROM. Rather than go to parallel I went ever so slightly less than 'A2G'.

Backsquats
225x5, 235x4, 240x3, 250x2

Anderson Half Squats
Skipped

I just didn't feel like doing these. So I didn't.

Early morning workouts can sometimes kill a guy.

Still a good workout
