using the barbell does make it much harder to balance/stabilize...db's are easy

Thanks, Hits. Somehow I knew you would comment on the workout with Sumo's in it.

Thursday September 10th

184lbs

BB Flat Bench
185x3
185x3
185x3
185x3

Not too much of a struggle today. I haven't done flat bench in a while, don't want to push it too hard too fast. I'll wait a week, lol.

Chinups
+35x5, +35x5, +35x5, +35x5

Uni MP
50x5, 50x5, 50x5

I love Unilateral Presses.

Saturday September 12th

185lbs

Backsquat
245x3
255x3
265x3
275x3

I was supposed to do frontsquats but I've been front squatting my face off lately so I opted for some back squats. These were full depth/A2G/B2G or whatever you want to call a rock bottom squat.

GMs
185x8
185x8

Wasn't liking these. The bar was actually hurting my back so I said screw it and subbed in another exercise for the last set.

SDL
185x8

I'll be doing these instead of GMs from now on.

I've only done uni rdls. I'm becoming less and less of a fan of gm's. Especially without an ssb or any cool toys.

No vids of b2g lol. National geographic guys don't even have to squat...
