My appetite disappears when I'm not in the gym. And I'm sure a lot of it is just muscles filling back up.

I eat a lot of food but it won't be a sustained 5lb/week increase.

Some quality volume for these guys. Have to get used to the feel of a front squat again, lol.

Bench

Cable Rows

Uni Press
45x6, 45x6, 45x6

I intended to do Uni Presses before Cable Rows but the machines were in high demand so I grabbed one when I could.
